How to Neuter a Taekwondo Jin

Wonder how painful it is to be hit in the groin? Well, it's indescribably painful. Guess how would a taekwondo student who's forced to stretch his legs apart down on the floor would react? Is it the pain down his groin he's yelping like a banshee about? Or is it the pain on his legs being forcefully stretched beyond his flexibility? Watch the video after the jump.

torture stretch, groin stretch

I dunno if this video is worth a chuckle because obviously it shows a young taekwondo athlete being tortured. Anyway, male ballet dancers and gymnast would certainly do much more torture stretches than that. Aren't we lucky we don't have to endure that?

Marquez vs Diaz, Juan Manuel Marquez

Although the fight was quite even in the first eight rounds, Marquez was intensely eager to show the world that he's still a contender for the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world. It was March last year that Juan Manuel Marquez undertook a shameful defeat against Manny Pacquiao. Thus, MArquez really needs to win this bout to have a chance to face Manny again soon. However, his co-commentator Jim Lampley revealed that Marquez is "sensational as any performance Manny Pacquiao has ever produced, for sure". However, Lampley still insists that Pacquiao is still the one to beat for Marquez.Let's just wait if when will Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez fight be in the future.
