Val Kilmer Batting for New Mexico Governor?

Envying the success of Arnold Schwarzenegger in California, another Hollywood actor is seeking a top government position in New Mexico. You heard it right, Val Kilmer might just take the shot to become the governor of New Mexico in the 2010 elections.


The 49 year old registered Democrat sent this hint, according to the reports of Associated Press, that he has been pondering to contribute something in New Mexico. He said that, "and if that ends up being where I can make a substantial contribution, then I'll run."



Kids, if you do not know Val Kilmer, he was Batman in Batman Forever and he was the other cute guy Iceman in the 1980s hit Top Gun, opposite Tom Cruise. However, recent photos of him strewn over the Internet shocked people of his weight problems in 2007.

Anyway, Val's looking good again now. What can we say? May you have the same luck as Mr. Freeze, Batman!
