When your parents are Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, not even first class cuts it.

Instead, the Hollywood power couple and daughter Suri enjoyed the luxury confines of their private jet as they took a flight out of Miami today.

The windswept five-year-old is seen here emerging from a car, before stepping onto the aircraft.

With gusts created by the plane's turbines, a smiling Suri was left grabbing on to her head as her hair billowed everywhere.

The stylish youngster was dressed in green leggings, a grey top and gold shoes.

Her father Tom, 48, whose face is obscured in the snaps, is seen taking a protective hold of his daughter as Katie, 32, disembarks from the car.

The family have spent the last few days in Miami while Tom has started filming on his new project Rock Of Ages alongside Alec Baldwin, Malin Akerman, Russell Brand and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

While he was hard a work, Katie and Suri enjoyed some mother-daughter time by their hotel pool, as well as indulged in ice cream.

The Kennedys star displayed a slim physique in a feminine turquoise cut-away one piece swimsuit as she took a dip her daughter.

Tom and Katie have recently denied rumours that they are welcoming another member to their brood.

When photos emerged of Katie sporting a noticeably rounder stomach during a shopping trip last week, many publication rushed to report she was pregnant.

One U.S. magazine even printed a front-page story claiming the actress had confirmed: 'Yes, I'm pregnant!'

But her spokesperson has told MailOnline that the actress is definitely 'NOT pregnant.'

Katie Holmes enjoyed a day of fun in the sun with her daughter Suri in Miami, Florida, today.

The Kennedys star displayed a slim physique in a feminine turquoise cut-away one piece swimsuit as she took a dip with the five-year-old.

Katie, 32, paired the pretty bathing suit with a giant white sun hat and oversized black sunglasses to protect her face from the sun's harmful rays.

She spent time splashing in the hotel pool with Suri, who appears to be an adept swimmer.

The mother and daughter duo then covered up in towels to dry off whilst relaxing poolside on large sun loungers and enjoying some snacks.

At one point fashion-forward Suri borrowed her mother's large sun hat and tried it on for size.

Later in the day the mother and daughter duo went to buy ice cream at a Haagen Dazs store.

Katie looked chic in white jeans and a brown blouse. She had her hair loose around her shoulders and carried a small brown leather bag.

She held Suri's hand as they made their way to get the sweet treat to cool down from the Florida heat.

She was given the VIP treatment as she made her way around, with ballerinas lining up to show her their intricate costumes.

Suri's outfit was rather impressive too - she was dressed in a bright red frock, matching Mary-Jane shoes and a £250 coat from American childrenswear firm Best & Co.

Tom Cruise recently revealed the budding fashionista has complete control over her wardrobe and has already developed an aversion to sports wear.

He says: 'She's going to wear what she wants to wear. Kate even tried to get her to wear sneakers, but Suri's like, no no, those are boy shoes. I love it!'

Meanwhile, it seems the family will remain in New York for Christmas after Katie, 29, persuaded her husband to spend the festive season in the Big Apple instead of at their sprawling home in Beverly Hills.

Katie has been appearing on Broadway in All My Sons and a source says: ‘She has been doing loads of travelling back and forth with Suri from New York to LA between shows and she’s tired.

‘She asked Tom over to New York for Christmas and he agreed. Both their families are also coming over.

‘Katie would prefer to live in New York. She and Tom have been leading increasingly separate lives.’

Despite the distance between them Katie and Tom have made a huge effort to keep their marriage alive, with Tom frequently flying to New York to see his family.
