Romanian dancer Razy and singer Michael through to Britain's Got Talent final as Simon Cowell lashes out at fix allegations

Anger: A clearly furious Simon Cowell began the last live semi-final of Britain's Got Talent tonight with a statement denying fix allegations over the show
Simon Cowell launched a furious tirade against allegations that Britain's Got Talent was fixed tonight at the start of the last semi-final which saw Romanian dancer Razy Gogonea and caravan dwelling singer Michael Collings go through to the final.
Before an act had even stepped foot on stage however for the last chance to appear in tomorrow's grand finale, the show's head judge blasted the claims that BGT was rigged.
As he took his seat behind the judges' desk, he said: ‘I've got to say something, I've got to address something. There has been an allegation made on the internet that Ronan Parke had a previous record contract with my record label and that I'd met him beforehand, both of which are complete and utter lies.'
Simon continued: 'He's just 12 years old and this is a deliberate smear campaign. It's my job to make sure that this liar is exposed and this kid is treated the same as everyone else and the public will decide.'
Simon hit out after someone claiming to be a Sony Records executive posted the allegations anonymously in an online blog.
It wasn't the only shock of the night either.
Despite Simon's decision to bring back French dancer Michael Moral as a wild card - even though he was voted out of the competition by the judges last Sunday - he failed to win through again.
And there was also a surprise performance from Jedward, who somewhat inexplicably appeared as backing dancers - along with Prince William and Kate lookalikes dressed in wedding attire - for contestant Antonio Popeye's bizarre eye bulging act.
Big sound: Michael Collings won through to the finals of Britain's Got Talent with his soulful version of Paul Weller's You Do Something To Me
Gravity defying: Romanian Razy Gogonea, who lives in Manchester with his Lancastrian fiancée was the outright winner of tonight's semi with his Matrix-inspired dance routine
However, there were few eyebrows raised when the outright winner of the public vote on tonight's show was Romanian dancer Razy before the judges decided he should be joined in the final by soulful singer Michael Collings.
They will join the likes of 12-year-old singer Ronan Parke, boyband New Bounce, impressionist Les Gibson, comedy dancer Steven Hall and singer Jai McDowall in the grand final tomorrow night on ITV1 at 7pm.
After Simon's opening declaration put a bit of a dampener at the start of the evening, things perked up again with first contestant Marawa.
Swinging time: Melbourne-born Marawa wowed the judges with her hula hoop routine
The Melbourne-born hula dancer did her thing with myriad hoops, complete with backing dancers, acrobatics and pyrothecnics.
Simon exclaimed afterwards: 'You've definitely lightened the mood now! That was the best hula hooping I've ever seen, you could not have put more into it.
Your facial expressions were absolutely hysterical too. You've put me in a good mood whatever happens, you are going to be booked for life!'
Fellow judge David Hasselhoff concurred, musing: 'You were almost literally on fire! A fantastic job!'
Such great heights: Show hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were dwarfed by singing dog act Pip & Puppy
Not seeing eye-to-eye: The judges were not keen on Antonio Popeye
Rude to stare: Antonio Popeye's act did what it said on the tin
Next up was the equally over-the-top Pip and Puppy - aka opera singer Pippa Langhorne and her pooch Buddy.
As she trilled opera, her dog - dressed in a suit and dicky bow - howled while the pair of them got higher and higher as she rose on a platform hidden under her very long ballgown.
Equally bizarrely, all the judges loved it.
Wrong show: Former X Factor contestants bizarrely popped up as surprise guests to back semi-finalist Antonio
You look familiar: But the Kate and Wills lookalikes didn't help Antonio and his odd eye-bulging act win through either
Buzzed off: Antonio was the first - and only - act in the semi-final to be buzzed off by all four judges so had to stop before he'd finished
Amanda enthused: 'You reached new heights this evening. It was gorgeous. You're beautiful and you have a lovely voice.'
Simon meanwhile gave the act ovation, saying: 'All my life I've been waiting for a singing dog. I don't know how the dog remembers the words.'
Out-there Irish dancing act The Celtic Colleens also got a thumbs-up across the board, for their routine totally done in darkness about from their luminous legs and hands.
Simon - clearly having a better time on the show than on previous nights - mused after their act: 'I've got to say there were moments last night when I was almost losing the will to live.
Tense: The moment the acts in voted into the top three by the public waited to find which two would go through to the final
'But tonight, I have to hand it to you three, you've done a very good job. You guys have done fantastic, that was really really smart, and I've never seen anything like that before, congratulations.'
However, husband and wife singing act Mr and Mrs failed to impress him with their version of Katy Perry's Teenage Dream and he buzzed them off almost immediately.
Next in line, teen rappers Jamie and George, aka Follow the Right Path, however did ring Simon's bell, as they rapped about their dead grandfather to the tune of Mika's Happy Ending.
Simon also managed to make George cry, though with tears of happiness, when he praised the duo despite criticisms from judges Amanda Holden and Michael McIntyre, saying they were 'absolutely brilliant.'
Lost in translation: Despite being given a wild card to come back on the show, despite being voted off by the judges earlier, French dancer Michael Moral failed to be voted through by the public
Contestant Antonio certainly scored a first as the only semi-finalist to get buzzed by all four judges so he had to stop his act before the end.
He stood centre of stage bulging his eyes in time to the music surrounded by feather-waving dancing girls, as a pair of Kate and Wills lookalikes waved and Jedward pranced around behind him.
Michael Moral, the French dancer who Simon had brought back did better and got positive remarks from all four judges - though he failed to win in the dance off with rival Razy.
Bum note: Husband and wife act Mr And Mrs failed to strike the right chord with the judges or the voting public
Razy, who lives in Manchester with his Lancastrian fiancée, earned a standing ovation for his Matrix-inspired, gravity-defying body-popping routine.
The audience were equally wowed by scruffy singing sensation Michael Collings, a 19-year-old IT engineer and new father.
He has previously made a point of saying he's not a gypsy or a traveller just because he lives on a caravan site, saying: 'I'm not a gypsy and I don't live on a gypsy site,' explaining instead it was just a residential caravan park where his parents moved last year to escape the city.
Not so black and white: Despite wowing the judges and getting a great reaction from the audience, The Celtic Colleens Irish dance act failed to go through to the final
Wearing a checked shirt and tatty jeans, he sat on a stool with just his guitar for company and delivered a stunning version of You Do Something to Me by Paul Weller.
Simon was impressed - and appeared to be referring to the performance of 19-year-old Jessica Hobley from Thursday night, who he made cry with his criticism of her song and dance routine performance of Beyoncé's Single Ladies.
He gushed: 'When you've got it - and you've got it - you don't need any dancers or any effects. This is why artists like Adele are doing so well all over the world.
'If you've got soul in your voice, and you have got soul in your voice, you can make it. That was absolutely fantastic.'
David meanwhile said Michael reminded him of a young Chris Rea.
Michael and Razy found themselves in the top three after the audience vote along with Pip and Puppy in the results show, on which Diversity performed with JLS for the first time ever.
What a wag: Judge David Hasselhoff arrived dressed as his famous Baywatch character Mitch Buchannon
All heart: Judge Amanda Holden in a heart print dress arriving at the BGT studios before the show (L) and Imogen Thomas, who was a guest in the audience
Driven man: Head judge Simon arrived at the studios in a swish black Bentley
Razy was the outright winner and automatically went through - then Michael swept the board with all four judges voting to put him through over the dog act.
They join finalists pianist Paul Gbegbaje, Ronan Parke, boogie woogie keyboard player Jean Martyn, boyband New Bounce, ballet dancer James Hobley, impressionist Les Gibson, singer Jai McDowall and comedy dancer Steven Hall.
The Britain's Got Talent final is on Saturday on ITV1 at 7pm.

A very big house in the country: Most expensive UK home outside London goes on sale for £75 MILLION
By DAILY MAIL REPORTER
Updown Court: This luxury mansion, in Windlesham, Surrey, is on the market for £75million
Mansion boasts 103 rooms, five swimming pools, bowling alley and cinema
The most expensive country house in the UK has gone up for sale for £75million.
Updown Court has 103 rooms, five swimming pools, two penthouse apartments and a helipad. It stands in 58 acres of grounds.
The residence - in the Surrey village of Windlesham - was originally put up for sale with agents for £70million a few years ago.
Stately home: The house has 103 rooms, five swimming pools, two penthouse apartments and a helipad
The enigmatic owner behind Updown is bricklayer's son-turned-property developer supremo Leslie Allen-Vercoe, 67.
His company Rhymer Investments purchased it in 2002 out of receivership for £20million - and has since spent at least £30million on renovation work.
Now, an Irish bank has requested a drive to sell the mansion with a new price tag which reflects the vast sums ploughed into it.
Grand entrance: The hallway has two cast-iron banistered staircases and a row of marble columns
The neo-classical California-style mansion was built in 2002 on the site of an earlier property which was owned during the 1970s by Prince Sami Gayed of Egypt.
The house, which has 24 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms, has been built with some of the world's rarest materials - mainly Italian marble.
The mansion has a 50-seat cinema, a two-lane bowling alley, a gymnasium, a squash court, a flood-lit tennis court, a lake, a wine cellar for 3,000 bottles and a 'panic room'.
Suitable for sporty types: The mansion boasts five swimming pools and a tennis court
Strike: There is also a two-lane bowling alley
Beautiful garden: The £75million home stands in 58 acres of grounds

You're not Aloud to upstage the bride! Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh steal the limelight at a friend's wedding
By Daily Mail Reporter
Should it be Aloud?: Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh pays a visit to their friend's wedding in Berkshire but almost upstage the bride
For some women their wedding is the most important day of their lives, and one which puts her in the limelight ahead of all the other women in attendance.
But maybe the memo explaining this didn't reach Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh who were very close to upstaging their friend at a wedding today.
The Girls Aloud duo became the star attraction at the Berkshire ceremony and dressed accordingly.
Write caption here
Nicola Roberts, a repeat offender when it comes to crimes against fashion, once again failed to make the grade in an odd coloured striped dress.
With its mix of blue, burgundy and khaki the 25-year-old's dress made for unpleasant viewing.
She topped off the outfit with a pair of pink-soled heels with black bows on the front and a pair of unflattering wayfarer shades.
Joy: Nicola looks ecstatic as she spies her friend the bride, while Kimberley continues to take photos on her phone
Blending in: The duo joined guests in taking pictures at the wedding, Nicola in particular stood out like a sore thumb in her poorly chosen dress
Meanwhile Kimberley, 29, nailed her outfit - a perfect summertime ensemble that complimented her figure.
She wore a pink 50s-style baby doll dress with a sheer panel across the neck area and a black belt tied up to pin the dress in at the waist. Accessorising with a pair of peep toe patent heels and a black handbag.
The bride herself looked great in her wedding dress - a simple, silk number puffed up around the bottom.
Big day: The Girls Aloud stars chat with the bride who looked great in a silk wedding gown
Congratulations: Nicola Roberts gives her friend a celebratory hug at the sunny June wedding which took place in Berkshire
Unfortunately for the newlywed the duo were close to eclipsing her on her big day/
They attempted to blend in with guests at the sun kissed wedding at a quaint church in Berkshire, taking pictures on their phones and chatting with her after the ceremony.
But they couldn't avoid being the centre of attention.
Here comes the bride: The newlywed makes her way into the chruch aided by a friend
Centre of attention: There were more cameras aimed at the Girls Aloud stars than the bride herself
Meanwhile, Nicola Roberts releases her first solo effort this Sunday with a sneak preview of the video to the new song already in circulation.
Beat Of My Drum has so far been receiving rave reviews from those who have heard it, with Mr Paparazzi tweeting yesterday: ‘Nicola Roberts debuts her new song on Radio 1. We bloody love it!’
While Perez Hilton tweeted yesterday: ‘I am dancing to the beat of my drum!!! Just heard the song in full and I am LIVING for your new single! Vid looks HOT too!!.’
Nicola was obviously happy with the response and tweeted back: ‘TEAM GINGE ROCKS!!! Your messages about #BeatOfMyDrum today have been amazing xxx’

Meet the mother who eats three boxes of corn starch a day: New show reveals America's weirdest food addictions
By TAMARA ABRAHAM
Craving: Nikki Myles who stars in Freaky Eaters, loves corn starch so much, she eats it straight from the box
Most people struggle to use a box of corn starch in a month, but one woman's bizarre addiction sees her eat up to 2lb of the thickening agent every day.
Nikki Myles who is profiled in the latest series of TLC's Freaky Eaters, loves corn starch so much, she eats it from the box with a spoon.
The 34-year-old, who consumes up to 3,300 calories a day, reveals in a clip from the show how the addiction first started when she was pregnant 16 years ago. Before long she was eating three boxes a day.
Emotional eating: Mrs Myles addiction worsened after the death of her youngest son
She said: 'Mostly people when they're pregnant will crave pickles and ice cream, things like that, but my craving was corn starch.'
'Corn starch is soft, it's very fine. It is so so good, I can't stop eating it.'
She told how she had managed to keep the problem under control, but when her youngest son died four years ago, the addiction spiralled out of control.
Compelling story: Kelly, 34, has eaten nothing but cheese-covered potatoes for the past 30 years
She told the Today show: 'She started eating dirt when she was young. She has pica, which is a zinc and iron deficiency. And then it got triggered by her pregnancy.'
Thanks to the help of Ms Virgin and psychotherapist Mike Dow, who also tackled the emotional reasons behind the problem, Mrs Myles life has been transformed since the show.
Traumatic: In one scene Kelly's husband tries to make her eat a vegetable - but she begins gagging before it even touches her lips, and the experiment ends in tears
One of the most compelling is probably the story of Kelly, also 34, who has eaten nothing but cheese-covered potatoes for 30 years.
Her monotonous diet sees her consume around eight potatoes and four cups of cheese each day, amounting to a staggering daily intake of 8,000 calories and 176g of fat.
She admits: 'It's definitely more than food, it's like crack to me. I've got to have it.'
So extreme is her habit that she can't stand the smell or even touch most other foods, and has to leave the kitchen when her husband of seven years is cooking for himself.
In one scene he tries to make her eat a vegetable - but she begins gagging before it even touches her lips, and the experiment ends in tears.
'It's traumatic for me,' she explains.

Now Leandro takes a turn carrying Peter Andre's son Junior as he and Katie go shopping
By Jessica Satherley
Father figure: Leandro carried Katie's son Junior around when he was too tired to walk at the end of the day
They’ve spent most of their Marbella holiday poolside at beach bars, but yesterday Katie Price took Leandro Penna and her son Junior shopping instead.
And her latest beau soon mucked in with the family taking a turn holding Junior as the couple hit the Spanish shops, including Zara in the shopping district of Puerto Banus.
Leandro effortlessly carried the five-year-old around as they perused the stores in Marbella where there have been holidaying for the past week.
Katie wrote on her Twitter page after the day out: ‘Had a great day with kids leo jane Derek gary phil ruby George! I love them & love life yes I fall in love quick its better than hating!’
Her daughter Princess, three, and Harvey, nine, were not photographed with the couple though during the outing.
The 33-year-old former glamour model looked summery in a checked shirt she paired up with tiny denim shorts.
Mummy's boy: Katie then picked up her five-year-old son, who turns six this month
Meanwhile, her handsome Argentinian boyfriend Leandro, 25, wore an all-blue ensemble and shaded his eyes from the sun in a pair of Ray Ban glasses.
Katie and Leandro have been in Marbella for the past week and have been spotted enjoying the night-life throughout their trip.
They were also seen along with The Only Way Is Essex cast and Kerry Katona in the region throughout the week.
Shopping trio: Katie Price, Leandro and Junior perused the shops in Marbella yesterday during their Spanish holiday
But as their friends flew back to Britain, the new couple decided to spend some extra time soaking up the sun.
During their beach break, Katie also revealed her new ankle tattoo, which reads 'Leo 27-02-11' in honour of the date she met Penna earlier this year.
Katie is never one to keep tight-lipped on her new relationships and the couple have divulged more about their personal life in this week’s issue of OK! magazine.
Enjoying the night-life: Earlier this week, Katie and Leandro got dressed up for a night out at one of Marbella's clubs
In the article, Katie said she has put on almost half a stone since dating Leandro, ‘because all they do in Argentina is eat’, she said.
And despite their language difficulties between English and Spanish, Katie said they don’t need to say anything to each other to connect.
Despite having a translator to help out, she said: ‘It’s intuitive, like it is with me and Harvey sometimes.
‘You could talk to Leo and he wouldn’t understand you, but we’ve been together solidly for three months, so we connect – we don’t’ need to say anything’, she said.
